Lattice Pricing

- Performance Management and OKRs & Goals can be purchased separately for $8 per person/month.

Payment Method
At Lattice, there are no additional fees for paying with ACH, Credit Card, or Check. The first invoice will be sent on the start date of the contract. All payment terms are Net 30, which means there are 30 days to pay from when the invoice is sent out. How To Open A Lattice Account?
To open an account on Lattice, an account needs to be created by an admin. Once the account is created, an invitation will be sent via email. The email will contain a link to join the team. Clicking on the link will take to the registration page where some basic information needs to be confirmed. The registration form includes fields for preferred full name, preferred display name, job title, and pronouns.
If the company does not require Single Sign-On (SSO), a new password must be set during login. If the organization enforces login through SSO, the option to set a password will not be presented, and instead, the SSO credentials will be relied upon.
When logging in without SSO, the email and password must be inputted, or sign in with Google can be used. If the company enforces login through SSO, logging in through SSO will be the only option presented. However, there may be additional options, such as Sign in with Google if the account admin has set up SSO but has allowed other sign-in options.

Lattice Return Policy?
At Lattice Training, consumers may return any item (other than software) for a full refund if the return is initiated within 14 days of receiving the order. The item must be returned to the specified address within 14 days of initiating the return. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer. If the goods are damaged by the consumer, the right to withhold payment is reserved.
Unfortunately, third-party postage costs are not refundable. If a fault is discovered with an item, it can be returned up to 6 months after purchase. If a faulty item is to be returned more than 6 months after the purchase date, evidence that the item was faulty when purchased must be provided.
For business purchases, goods are supplied for internal use only, and resale is not permitted. The total liability to the business will not exceed the price of the goods.
